Shine Cemetery meeting 6/21/25
Meeting was called to order by George Garten at 11:08 am on 6/21/2025
(reminder emails were sent at the beginning of the month for this meeting along with accounting summary)
The first order of business was to call for new nominees in all positions. No one was nominated so all the officers remain the same.

The summary of accounting was reviewed.
Happy to announce we have hired a lawn Maintenance company so no longer need volunteers for this ongoing chore.
Approval was voted in to replace the roof on the Maintenance shed.
Dane volunteered to do the work and Eron will check to see if his boss can donate the material.
Sally also brought up need to get the gates replaced and was voted for approval to move forward to get quotes, and work to be done.
Elsie asked to go over the dues pricing of $50 a year. No changes made.
A wall was discussed to be able to add in the future. When investigated before, quotes were $25000 to $30000. More research will be needed, and nothing will happen before the next meeting, June 19, 2027, at 11 am.
Several people paid their dues.
